Looks amazing
Just out of curiosity, are the brakes easy enough to fit, you've made me want 10" wheels for my mini now... haha
Yeah its not a difficult job. I was lucky in that i renewed all the brakes 2 years ago so everything came apart easily. The biggest problem is brake lines corroding onto the fexipipes etc., and you may also have a struggle bleeding the brakes if you've never done it before. All usefull stuff to learn. Oh, and one more thing, you might want to change the wheel bearings while its all in bits. Just follow the haynes book of lies.

Might as well service the engine as well.
Hopefully that will sort it! Ready for Bingley hall.

SO i've taken the head off and the head gasket doesnt seem so bad.... going to check the head isnt warped tomorrow. Does anyone else have any other ideas?
One of the valves is black bright and the others are all pretty white.... bit worried about this!

could be the valves stem seals have gone... try whacking some of the little black rubber seals on them...

That might explain the colours of the valves, but not the water in the oil. Must be something i've missed on the gasket
