Aren't the seams about 40 sq inches?



I read in a mini magazine, that the seams were the equivelant of an A4 sheet of paper.

No idea, it seems a big difference if it is. I suspect it's down to over ambitious performance claims since the figures are all calculated and not measured.

1071S claims 0.51 with 93 mph and 57.4 bhp at the wheels, credible figures from the middle of the range.



Plus the overiders / corner bars.

I thought the S sat a touch lower on the hydrolastic suspension? Hence the better figures that the Cooper?

All of the wind tunnel work I have done at MIRA has been done at set speeds without any bhp or power inputs to the overall figures?
Basically like for like irrespective of power unit fitted or performance.
