Hmmm... I think for the minute I'm gonna leave them how they are but may look into the clear ones later. Could I put a reflector elsewhere or would it have to be on the light unit/casing itself?
As much as Mk 1's would look good, I wouldn't hear the end of it from my friend!
The round ones I do like but its quite a lot of outlay, has anyone seen them on a mini, at a show or whateva? Do they look nice bearing in mind I won't have a bodykit

i have seen the round continental ones om on about on a pick up and they looked good. ermm i dunno whether the reflector has to be in the light cluster itself. have a look on http://www.minitrailers.com

All the law requires on rear reflectors are:
that they are red
and that they give an indication of how wide the vehicle is
So you can put them antwhere on the back of the car as long as there are two of them and spaced apart a bit.

I think I'm gonna go for the super clears. I've got some 2p sized red rear reflecs that I'll flush fit at either end of the boot maybe. I'll stick my progress on my project post.

he had to go one better than me!
Hope they dont have to be a certain size. If you look on the standard lights, the reflectors are pretty much right on the widest points of the car, havin them either side of the boot wont give a estimation of the width of the car like its supposed to! Hope you'll be ok on that point

Defo heaps of bodywork above but its doing it so it doesnt look C**p thats the problem, its probably an idea to not put any on and see if they have a problem with it, u can always add (you being anyone can add it to their cars)

Been pulled before by local traffic cops for no red rear reflecs on my current car, got a producer.its probably an idea to not put any on and see if they have a problem with it, u can always add (you being anyone can add it to their cars)
When pulled they run your liscense through and I reckon i'd get three points for doing it twice!
