put a cat litter tray in it full of cat litter, its brilliant, it draws all the damp out of the car, sounds wierd but works......But.............

DONE IT!
Free'd up the brakes and rolled the Mini out of the garage..Its great fun smacking your Mini with a hammer. :tongue:

I cleaned it with a wet sponge and then leathered it, the water was black! Its amazing how the colour gleamed and shone threw, just with water!
Needs alotta work, but its gonna be done!
I had a look in the boot and it is creased inside there...Will get it pulled and un-creased...I think there is an MG metro garage in Ellesmere port that will do this for me...

Made an effort to get the old girl started today (My Mini )
After 8 years of lying dormant...it started!!! Took a bit of time, but she started in the end... did the cheats way - poured petrol in the carb (is it the float chamber of something?? Dunno...
Clutch is a no go,, very hard on the pedal but it moves (left it to soak in some oil)
Well, thats todays work done :cool:

Cheers, theres a lot of work to be done.
It seems as the petrol isnt getting from the tank to the carb, blocked - need to investigate further... pump etc
