No idea, this is the current recruitment website;

Ford Recruitment

After the standard application form HR do all sorts, you might get a psychometric test, or telephone interview, or face to face interview at CEME, I'm afraid I never went through it all...

Marshalls of Cambridge?? Used to work there many moons ago, joined as a fitter and left as a Certifier after 10 years. Not a bad place to work but if you get stuck on Hercs then its all tin bashing. Those buggers corrode like nobodies business. 17 hangar is the place to aim for as they used to do all of the civil aircraft work although i did leave there due to the civil work drying up.

There are some very good lads working there, i enjoyed myself and learnt a lot. I started there converting Tristars L1011's to freighters and ended up working on B747's and B777's to name a few.

Marshalls of Cambridge indeed >_< only 25miles from me so seemed like a good place to apply for :lol: Ah well that sounds like a pretty good place. Would you recommend it as a place to do an apprenticeship? Obviously you didn't do one there, but I assume you have a very good idea of how the companies run after working there for 10years ;D
