Add the width the arches are. Then we can go and measure how far our wheels stick out then compare them with the widths on your site!!

Yes the design is good. It just confuses me when looking for arches as there are so many combinations of wheels, spacers etc to have.
Like im looking for some good arches for my 10x6 with or without spacers and i cant find pics of these with all arches. I do believe GRP5 Euros will look good though, just the size can confirm my thoughts.

i was wantin a mark1, but then saw the one u had on ure website and fell in love lol, so im now after the mark3 is it? its desribed as a plain bonnet on ure site, double skinned

Can you do carbon sheet approx 1 to 2mm thick. I need something to go around the rear load area. I will need 3 sheets approx 4ft by 2ft.

Also are you doing any extra discounts at Bingley. May be in the market for a carbon bonnet.

Hi Pete, We could - no problem, I'll have to get some thick perspex first though. We need a very flat glossy surface to achieve the best look. I'll get back to you with a price. Lay-up would be 1 layer carbon, 1 layer glass (keep cost down) :grin:

As for Bingley, All prices will be current web prices minus 10% minus postage.

We've briefly discussed it but feel the Mk3 doors would have to have sliding windows (only in perspex) as per Mk1 style.

by the way....the carbon stuff you docan it be used with the weave showing and unpainted. like just putting on with a lacquer on them or just straight on?

Don't suppose you do a CF clubman bonnet or arches that are made for a CE?

Funny you should say that, we are just producing a mould for a Clubman bonnet, the first one is already ordered in Carbon Fibre, should be available in around 6 weeks. - keep an eye on the web site for it.

As for arches - we have Group 2 Wide on ours the rears are not a perfect fit but look really good. I'll get you some pictures if you want?

I've seen Group 5 Euro fitted to a Van recently which again didn't look out of place either, the fronts would require a little mod though for a clubman.
