Yeah we sell those at halfrauds, my friend uses it on his cooper to put his snowboard on when we go to the dry slope!

The slats are form a DIY shop, like B&Q or the like, they are actually meant to be used windowframes... But any good quality wood works, your local DIY shop or timber yard will have a huge selection.
A bit of wood stain and a varnish and "roberts your fathers brother".
