Specialist insurance companies are all very good for specific vehicles but insurance companies on the whole are just after taking your money off you and praying they will never hear from you again.
Try all the insurance companies you can find, not just the specialists try the high street ones too.
I was getting stupid quotes in January from £1500 to £2000 from the specialists.
Went to the high street companies and got some reasonable quotes then phoned them and spoke to a human.
Finally went with Lancaster insurance and now pay £116.50 fully comp for me and my wife ( though i won't give her the keys lol)
Search around then phone them.

hey erm whats TMF+ ?

thanks

matt

If you become a TMF+ member on here, ( I think only £10 a year ) then you can get discount off numerous companies, not just insurance.

For Adrian Flux I think you get 15% off when you give them your account number :D

Better still...only £5

To join you need a paypal account. Go to "My Controls" then under "Options" click on "Purchase Paid Subscriptions" and follow the instructions. You also get loads of discounts on parts etc.

reeto thanks. will do:D
