Hello mate!
Love it! Pretty good cars. One of the teams we conveyed with on the mongol rally had one and it performed brilliantly once they put slightly larger wheels on.

Lucky its not an inbetweeners style yellow Hawaii!

Haha yeah, although the "Hawaii" in the show is a made up model.

I'm very happy with it, really fun to drive and a lot better then some of the cars I've owned.

Off subject a bit, does your handbrake work?

Why? It's a great car. Much better than the rusty Mk3 Fiesta, the Mk3 Astra and the clocked Civic I've owned.

Off subject a bit, does your handbrake work?

Yes, why?

If you don't like these cars then why do you keep posting on this thread?

Hello James!

Nice to hear from you. How are you keeping?

Got any trips planned for taking it to the 'ring?

Seen a couple of really fast Cinquecento's lapping it up.

Hey Dom.

I'm good, been quite busy over the last year with moving house and changing job.

Wasn't planning to go to the 'ring but would be fun I'm sure.

I am looking at Minis again, might get one as a project in the near future. Watch this space.

The Chinqy passed its MOT on Sunday, just a couple of minors for slight exhaust leak and drivers side headlight beam too low. Both I'll fix over the weekend.

Either the top mount or the bottom arm is worn on the drivers side as there's too much negative camber on the same side tyre. Will investigate over the weekend as well.

Bought a second front vent for the bumper on the passenger side and painted it red. Cut out the slot for it as well as cutting out the lower slots so it all matches. Improves air flow as well as I was finding it would overheat with the Rivi Run plaque on the front.
