I have a sportex system 
Got it for cheap with a heat wrapped De-cat pipe (Which I won't be using since It's way too much noise for an 8v to make

It's not fitted yet since I was working today, and my days off have all been rubbish weather. I need to get my new brakes fully fitted, aswell as the exhaust on.
Do you genuinly think I should the de-cat? It's going to be stupidly loud! Like I said earlier in the thread, I dont want the stereotypical 17 year olds first car with all the noise in the world but no go in it!

True! I'd keep the CAT in the garage (With the rabbits!...) for that though. The pipe is worth £50 on its own so I'll probably just sell it on.
I'm going to make every effort to try and get it to SMD, but I won't be on the road by then myself (hopefully by mid September) so I'll to try and sort something out with my dad... hopefully my brother won't mind the drive on Friday night to take my dad home his ZR if he drives it to Bewl. Can go on our club stand then!

personally i would leave the cat on, as i think having this over the top loud metro would just be embarrising really

Just doesnt seem right on metro the sound to the car, it just doesnt work...for me anyway,
On a mini yes cause it works....but just for me no...
