! I've actually done lots of work besides what this thread makes out. Probably more buying than building, but lots of upgrades to go on sitting in the corner of my room.

So, when're we gonna see the list of modifications and upgrades ? including pics ! ) We're not noisy or anything..

Final upgrade for now is some proper MG mesh for the grille and then i'll be on the lookout for a manual box for next year

Guy from Metropower I was supposed to be meeting tonight for some parts has kindly offered to drive down and help us get it moved tonight. Hes bringing the posh bits too... win win

I might just focus on a Mini project that I can keep off the road Erik. Either way this car is gonna be awesome before I sell it/move on!

If I would've lived closer, I'd be happy to help as well.. Unfortunately ther's a little bit of annoying water in between, known as the Canal..
I'm sure you'll get the Metro back on the road in NO time !

And I think it's a good idea to have a car for daily use (Metro) next to a Mini. That way you are sure of mobility, and you can work on the Mini without every time keeping it driveable..

But.. I have a daily runner (Corsa), and still no time to work on my Minis..

I'm really liking your Metro Craig, looks great. I do prefer the A series Metros to be honest but, as time goes on I'm liking the 'K's more and more.

Exactly Erik! I can build a great Mini without having to rush anything this way!!

Got a guy from Metropower sorting it out for me tonight mate. Being an auto cant even tow it home is the main problem. Hopefully it'll start on the key though
