Changed the starter mate, a lot easier to get hold of when the fronts off, and I needed to fit the splitter anyway.

Still need a new starter inhibitor which is impossible to find though :P for now it's just a case of starting it with a spanner on the starter

It's gonna be way too low for mates in the back so the seatsies are coming out tommorow. They weigh an absolute tonne.

Anybody that's after the velour interior from a Metro let me know. Free to a good home before it go's on ebay. You must take everything though.

Lol, I had to use a spanner on the starter motor to get it to start on the fiesta I had, but only cause the starter motor switch wire was faulty.

Well, I'm not a die hard metro fan Craig as they are funny little cars (even funnier than a mini!) but with that splitter and front grille and what look likes headlamp surrounds it does stand out a bit, nice work

Splitter is on and looks awesome... resembles the old Rapid Fit Mondeos from BTCC now. No idea why, it just has that looks

Looking good Craig :P

I reckon a bit of carbon fibre wrap on your splitter and bumper infills would look the dogs.

Have you fitted your Huntmasters yet?

Cheers sir! :P

That's an idea! didnt think of that!! The splitter was a bit of a mess when I got it last night but I just rubbed it down with 150grit to get the majority of the roughness out and screwed it to the bumper. CF finish would look great!!

I'm currently sitting in a Huntmaster! Comfy as anything!! Will hopefully find the time to get them in on my day off on Friday ;) I'm not sure how I'm going to work around the subframes, but the Metro just has 2 seperate crossmembers (being a 5 door, no tilt mechanism) so I'm hoping it should be 4 holes in the crossmembers and straight in and out jobby :)
