Those aren't red indicators, they're rear / stop light lenses for a old landrover.

As above, look like brake light lenses for a Defender/Series Land Rover!

Looks like some nice buys there Louis. Can't see why you couldn't use the red indicator lenses, Lucas wouldn't produce illegal products, but don't take my word for it though.

See you took my advise and got new mk2 rear lights then ;D

Were the red lensed ones not fitted as tail lights on land Rovers and the like? Looks a nice project!

EDIT - oops! Must read further ahead before posting! I'll go and write that out a few times now Bart Simpson style!

Evening all,

Seen as there isnt going to be an update untill next week, just thought id let you all know i've ordered a waiste rail for the rear quarter.

So will get on with cutting the old quarter out next week,

When cutting the quarter out, can i do the waist rail at the same time or will it loose its shape? do i need to brace it?

Cheers

Louis

They aren't indicator lenses. They are stop/tail lenses for Morris 1000 Traveller/van/pickup. Also other vehicles, no doubt.

Edit:
Ooop, sorry. Didn't get to the last page before posting. :shy:
