i will try and keep it updated, i was gonna wait till i had some major progress and put some pictures on.

dont worry jammy i havnt had a chance to cut them down, the intercoolers going right there so they will definately be going!

TM is a good website though, definately more technicaly minded, which is what im after.

lol jammy.

the tape really makes a big difference, not sure the MSA will approve of it though!

id say the door bars arent high enough! the higher the better IMO just take a look inside a miglia, ive seen one fitted with this exact cage and you can see the top of the tubes above the window line!

and im not too worried about getting in and out, im hardly gonna drive it down the shops. lol ;)

no i wouldnt have thought i will drive it that much on the road, to many dangerous drivers out there. if i crash it i want it to be my fault and be on a track where things are a bit safer.

i have got some pictures but they are in magazines, although i did see an ex miglia at brands last week with it fitted.

saw the cage tape fitted on turbo minis :) looks good

its true about road drivers, saying that now that im driving about the rally car people dont 1/2 gimme distance!!
if its not on the road what you going to be doign about running the engine in? because that main reason i put the rally car on the road

i dont really belive in running in an engine, as soon as it running its going for a mapping session on the rollers and a power run.

maybe i should sticker up my everyday mini, people always cut me up and dont give me enough room!

mines not really stickered up, i have a company name on my boot and on the sun strip but you can hear my dogbox from far away, i drove through town today and aparently every single person looked! quite funny really
the raly cars been set up on the rollers, i think ill run it in for about 500 then get reset up and that will do, its just so tempting to let it go, i have to change gear when it comes on cam! :)
