How big is that box and how much power do you have going to the subs?
And have you tested it before for db's?

All the subs are running off a single 1000 watt amp, the magnets rebate through the holes in the seat squab ( cabriolets have special under seat steel panels for strength ), and there is a lot of sound deadening in and around the seat, side panels and rear panel.
the GRP section is almost solid with MDF internally to create the shapes, and have enough strength the carry the speakers.

It works well....considering I have no roof.....Bass is deep and chunky, and it wallops you in the back on full poke.

You can buy a simple pre cut board to fit under the rears seat that will hold a pair of subs.
But there is a lot more to the correct installation than that.

The whole encolsure needs to be sealed and heavierly sounddeaden.

It would be best to bolt/rivet two lengths of metal angle a cross the floor first to hold the lower edge of the board in place. If the board is cut correctly it should be level with the top edge of the seat base, so you can screw through in to the board for a solid mount.
