If it's fully tensioned it shouldn't slip. Try a slightly shorter belt. The length of the belt is also its part number, so, for example, an 820 belt number will be 820 mm long.
Look for one with the next number down from the one you have.

Is the adjustment bracket right at the limit of its adjustment? If not, tighten it some more. If it is get a shorter fan belt.

Ill do that but won't too much tension be bad for the alternator bearings ?

I was uncomfortable about putting more tension on, the belt had about 3/4" play between the fan and alternator.. tighty enough..
so i cleaned EVERYTHING i could get to with IPA, all the pulleys, the belt etc and I also cleaned all the nearby engine parts to make sure that there isnt a coolant leak dripping onto the belt somewhere..
didnt have any problems on the test drive but ill take it for a blat up the A14 later.
