You are on some sort of RAGE kill.
You dont seem to think how your affecting the rest of this forum by the way your acting, Attack modders is really not wise. Its like slapping a bull terrier with your balls. He's gunna bit them off.
We hear your voice, we all have opinions. Just pm the moderators with your OPINION and have done. I am sure you will have most of the TMF community voicing there opinions to and it will be sorted, but the past month or so i will agree this forum has got out of hands and i am not pointing the blame or suggesting its just you sam.
We all get annoyed and heated and want to voice our opinions but its just that time you need to step back and cool down.
And if you can understand that you will do so and wont reply with some SARCASTIC, or horrible reply to me.
Okay?

The only thing getting worse about TMF are all the nonsense posts / topics people need to sift through.
i agree with this...
i never read through the thread in question... name alone told me it wasn't for me, same reason i'm not on facebook.....
i just hope all posters this thread closure affects got closure in the end and now know who the daddys of their children are lol....

Some people do say the forum is going downhill. if this is the case I’m always open to ideas, but i might add the only issues or complaints we get are mainly nothing to do with minis at all, which i ask myself is this what i started the forum up for.
I don’t read all the dribble on the forum myself and if i had my way i would remove the lot and take it right back to MINIs hence why i come on here to read about minis and what other members are doing with there minis. after all isn’t that why you joined the forum yourself?
If i wanted to read about (example) Jeremy Kyle i would go to a Jeremy Kyle forum : http://www.jeremykyleshow.co.uk/
Now does my team closing theses types of posts really give the MINI forum a bad name?
If i was a new member, just bought a mini, not very good on computers but can get by. If i went onto a Mini Forum website in the hope to read about Classic Minis would i expect top pick through loads of dribble about other stuff which has nothing to do with minis? the answer would be no.
I’m all for people having a laugh and enjoying the forum but really what does (example) Jeremy Kyle got to do with Minis. nothing. So why should i host it on my Mini forum?
Mybe the silly chat section should be removed? food for thought.
If you feel the need please use sites like this which are there for this type of chat. http://www.generalchat.co.uk/
Sorry if i have upset anyone by reminding them at this forum is running for Classic car enthusiasts.
Just note guys this is my personal thoughts and not of the team.

Before I joined this forum I looked at a few other mini forums and this one stood out for all the right reasons. I liked the fact posts were'nt littered with foul language and text talk. The people on here are friendly and knowledgeable, its an absolute credit to you.
''If i was a new member, just bought a mini, not very good on computers but can get by. If i went onto a Mini Forum website in the hope to read about Classic Minis would i expect top pick through loads of dribble about other stuff which has nothing to do with minis? the answer would be no''....I think this is a fair point isn't there a way of seperating the Off Topic Banter and General Chat so that it doesnt come up unless chosen as an option?
Ive already posted my opinion of the importance of such threads:-
''Mrs Max loves the shows more than me and it gives her a day out and by knowing a few people from TMF she doesnt worry as much because she knows theres people there at the shows that would maybe help her if she had any problems with the car
What maybe a few of the mods need to realise is that the OTB sections are still doing a job, they are getting the less technically minded on here to chat, make friends, fit in, and talk to other mini nuts.
That shouldnt be underestimated, Mrs Max wouldnt of travelled over 3hrs for the Stanford Hall show without it''
Its a great site
I read to learn, follow build threads, use the search engine to check up on things and love seeing other peoples minis....... but without the 'silly chat' I may as well just use google

Obviously Mark and Nick have the final say, it is their forum, but staff elected by the members would revitalise TMF.
