Soo for anyone who may come across this with a similar problem it turns out it was a tiny split in the bypass hose! Replaced the thermostat in case it was that. the old one had four holes drilled in it. The new one(with no holes) obviously increased the pressure on the bypass hose causing the split to get bigger and me able to spot it

So yeah check your bypass hoses changed over and running fine!
