Hi James, no it's not quite running yet but bl**dy close! The last finishing bits are taking an age, and plus my motivation has plummeted so thats not helping matters.

Should have the intercooler all set up in the next week or two and i will get some more pics too!

Dan.

I think it looks better with the white wellers as well. I love the look for this car. Looks like mine used too now it has the white bonnet as well ha.

Yeah , a looks a bit more classic with them in white. I hope to get to paint 'tarted' up at some point and the bonnet matched to the body too.

Here are a few more up to date pics. Not much has changed but i have a new plenum with the outlet on the other side, so it won't sit above the exhaust manifold which will help with intake temps.

Intercooler pipes mocked up.

So after a bit of head scratching and finding out that the trigger wheel was 90 degs wrong, it runs! :)

Very very happy, it's just a case of bolting brightwork bits on and sorting a dash for the extra gauges. Then a rolling road session and MOT......Happy days!!

Here are a few pics of it as it stands, the engine bay is finished too.

Sooo it's been a long time since i've updated this! Lots has happened. I had the car up and running last year and it was great! Got it RR'd and made 140hp and 150ft/lbs of torque. Plans are to lighten it and turn up the boost :)

Over the winter i decided to alter and improve a few things.

Changed to a front mount rad from a Fiat Cinq and got a 4X4 cossie cooler for cheep too.

And got a nice seat too.

How it was before the winter mods

Enjoy

Cheers mate, should look a bit more subtle as i will get some grp2's on there and paint the bonnet the same colour as the body. Didn't get round to doing it last year  >_<
