so the update on panels so far is..
new boot floor+extension piece
new front drivers side floor
drivers side inner sill
drivers side outer sill
divers side heel board
drivers side homemade closer panel
drivers side rear quarter lower half
drivers side piece inside pocket
drivers side inner front arch
drivers side repairs to rear arch.
drivers side rear floor patch
and ive just started on the passenger side doing all of the above over again..:) heres some more photos anyways...

also forgot to mention i braced all of the inside before cutting it all out in one go..

There's a trader on ebay does repro rear valances for much less than the 270 you're quoting.
Check out the Elf Hornet register as I'm pretty sure he's a member there and they're a very friendly and helpful bunch.
Good luck with it, love to see and Elf being saved.

okay thanks that brilliant. i wasnt willing to pay that anyways i would have rather fixed the old one.There's a trader on ebay does repro rear valances for much less than the 270 you're quoting.
