Trying to decide between RC40 Single box centre exit exhaust or Maniflow Single box centre exit exhaust.

Which will produce a better sound and better performance?

Any opinions welcome.

If you can afford I would say Maniflow - but I have had both and they are each an excellent exhaust. Maniflow is much better made but this is reflected in the price. You shouldn't be disappointed with either. :proud:

Then buy Maniflow. Ignore everything else. They are quite simply exhaust pipe art...

For best performance, you want twin box side exit, not single centre.

Performance - maniflow

Sound - rc40

I've had both and for a while i had a hybrid of both, maniflow stage2 lcb and link pipe going to a single rc40 back box.

i've got a twin box side exit RC40 classic on mine (same as video above) if yours is a 998 then use a maniflow cooper freeflow manifold, they provide more torque over an LCB on a small bore engine, i noticed quite a big difference on my 1098 when i changed the LCB for a freeflow.
