Which will produce a better sound and better performance?

If you can afford I would say Maniflow - but I have had both and they are each an excellent exhaust. Maniflow is much better made but this is reflected in the price. You shouldn't be disappointed with either.
Moneys not a worry, just want the best performance and sound

Sound - rc40
I've had both and for a while i had a hybrid of both, maniflow stage2 lcb and link pipe going to a single rc40 back box.
