there are loads of geuine reasons why somebody would sell/buy a v5... it doesnt mean its from or for a stolen "ringer"
There are loads of genuine reasons to do illegal things but it doesn't change the fact it's illegal.

so it speeding but everyone does it

There are loads of genuine reasons to do illegal things but it doesn't change the fact it's illegal.

And the rules that make it illegal are made by people. No better than you or I.
