Updates will be coming later next week, we are waiting for a spray booking, minispares delivery and the trim delivery so not much to do yet!
We are as eager as you! Sat waiting for parts is always horrible. Should move quickly once we have all the stuff!

I know, I know sorry. We have both been very busy with other work and that will be the case next week too. We will lift the engine out tomorrow or Tuesday and then the shell will be off for spray so pictures will be heavy once we get that back!

Minispares stuff is here now and so is all the trim so once the car is back from the spray shop the build will fly along! Be patient! haha

Nice looking project and it doesn't sound like it'll be too long before we'll start seeing some nice results. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

I know, I know, sorry!

We have decided to do a much more in-depth rebuild so the whole lot will be stripped down so it will take a bit longer than expected. We also have a custom build in at the moment which is taking up a lot of our time and has first dibs on the spray shop! We are refurbing the new unit too so the 13 hour/7 day weeks that we are working aren't long enough!

I promise that this has not been forgotten and we will update you as soon as we manage to spend 5 minutes on it!

Yeh I guessed this took second place to the customer build (good luck with that by the way), but sounds promising, whatever happens, I'm sure it'll come out great

I'll take it off your hands if you neglect it :P

It will be a very nice car once finished, I think we may struggle to let it go to be honest and one of us may end up using it for a while. I love them but I'm not sure my plans for a 998 turbo and lightweight racer will go too well with the Hornet haha

998 turbo hornet, leave it totally standard except for brakes, suspension and engine, would be great :D

Plus, Turbo Hornet sounds cool :P

We would be lynched by the purists! It would be a nice fun car to drive with a turbo. We will get it finished and see what happens, may put a 998 turbo in whilst we rebuild the original engine, hmmmm....................................

pfft it's not the purists car :P

turbo engine can come straight back out for the original engine anyway, so nothing irreversible
