Ahh there was one on the first autojumble stand as you walk through the big door thing, just to the left

£120.. sounds like a bargain compared to some tatty BMC mudflaps I saw for £200...

Haha, I saw those! See my post in the 'most overpriced' section haha!

Supply and demand fella

Rear bumbers were rare 15 years ago I did see one overrider at the show but it was holled.
No chinese copy stuff available for elfs/hornets

If it was the only one I had seen then I would understand. It's not. I have seen a few go for much less than £50. If I was brand new to minis and didn't have a clue then fair enough but I'm not.

In the watch list thanks! We can get a front grill piece so that completes the set!

?? Elfs/hornets are not mini's as Cooper and Cooper S stuff is not priced the same as run of the mill mini stuff !!
As you are 20 years old then I would take some advise that people are trying to give you as I am sure like everyone you don't know it all.

Im not saying you wont find one for you budget but beware it is worthy of rechroming

Your experience in minis is why I value your opinion, not your age. That's the reason I don't ask my nan to help organise events.

Back on topic.

Our current wanted list is something like;
Rear Bumper and Overriders
Front Badge
Cream Leather Interior
Chrome door window surrounds
Rear light lenses (we have a set of lights but the lenses are cracked)

I think that's it now (if I win the front grills on eBay)

But if you were organising an event for people of you Nan's age group then you should ask your Nan as she would understand the target market better.

But obviously if you were organising a kids party then you should have it covered.

Unfortunatley the list of parts on your list are the sought after or rarer expensive parts.

I have 2 elf grills, one that is straight and suitable for a rechrome is £25 if you are interested.
When I dismantled the car I had 20+ enquires abouy the rear bumper and overiders for you info.

I'm not going to sit here arguing with you, I can't do the whole keyboard warrior bull, if you have a problem with me, find me at a show. Can a mod clean this up please, it's a project thread not a debate.

Ok I have a front grill complete with badge, and all the chrome waistline in very good condition & door chrome if anybody wants to make an offer these were off my 69 Mk3.
The grill has one very small dint on vertical no4 from the left and the badge has a hairline crack going from the last E upwards, and the bag of clips has gone walk about for the trim,
I do have both front grills 3 overriders and both rear lights somewhere but for the life of me I cant find them as it was 12 years ago, but will keep looking

Pm me with your offers

I have everything but the interior from your wanted list, I didn't really want to split it from the hornet I have for sale, but if I sell you the bits you need I can offer the hornet shell for a lower price to others so it may well get rid of it easier for me.
I dont really know what any of the parts you need are worth, but if you PM me with an offer I will seriously consider it.

I know I definately have rear lights and lenses, front grille,Rear bumper with over-riders, the bonnet chrome if you still needed it and possibly a new badge for the grill(I'm 99% sure there was one in a box when I picked up the car).
I will be at the garage again tommorow so I will get some photos of all the bits you listed.
