Was following a rather tasty scimitar the other day that popped non-stop on deceleration!

I personally love the sound of the occasional pop and bang but my mini wont do it! D:
At the moment it hasn't been professionally tuned, just me with a gun, socket and screwdriver :L
I have a rc40 single box system, 1.75. all though its a deep sound i want to get some pops in!
I believe it cant be good for the engine but i love the sound to much to care!
Where can i start? i don't want a serious loss of power but if i have to loose a tad then i'll choose to put up with it or revert it back!
What should i do, whoes done it? etc..
Cheers!

Its normally caused by a lean fuel/air mix which isn't too kind on the engine

I am sure I read aswell that is can be caused by both valves still being open togethor, or something similar?

Just wait until the next time it rains and the electrics get flooded. It won’t just be popping on deceleration, but also on acceleration as well.
