Also! I will get a photo of this tomorrow, someone has nicely ported the manifold for my twins.

Then stuck standard gaskets over it, so the porting is useless as the holes on the gaskets are just the normal size :blink:

Mental...

Crap photos but in the post today!

Proper job jets, not these crap plastic ones that kink, have a build in nut, no washer, and stripped threads!

I know people aren't replying to this but I hope they are reading it!

I have pretty much done one carb now, centred the jet, well it isn't centre by eye but makes the needle slide into the jet nicely anyway now.

Problem, well I hope it isn't a problem... When I move the lever that pushes the jet down it sticks when doing it slowly but I guess because the springs aren't attached.

Also, needles are AN. Never heard of these before... standard for these carbs are GY

So it has all gone a bit backwards, a keyway was broken in one of the carbs so I had to get a replacement body. Southam Minis sorted this one out for me, it was filthy so they blasted it and washed it for me giving it me for £12.50! lets crack on!
