What Parts Should I Get For 1310Cc Engine

Well they're better than the later A+ ones, so if they're in good condition & that's what you have I'd use them.

Cool thanks. I want the engine to run well but I cannot afford to go for roller rockers or whatever the 'bestest' bits would be so just trying to get a happy medium really.

One more thing just looking at the basic spec of the engine at the start of the thread what kind of power would an engine like that usually develop set up correctly?

It would be running on 12" wheels in a standard 1991 car with no weight saving or other snazzy stuff

I would have thought about 75hp or so properly setup, depending on final camshaft choice. Something like the Kent 266 will be spot on. Others may say to go hotter on the cam, but I can't see the point on your spec especially if you're leaving the head standard.

I run a Kent 276 in my 1330 with stg 4 head and its a good cam and not to lumpy and pulls well.
