Depends who your with, Footman james didn't increase the premium but the excess went up by half the value of the wheels which I stated were worth £200.

ive got my dad whos 50 and so has about a million years NCB, still stupidly expensive
Did you ask for a quote without any named drivers, and just yourself on the policy?
