Oh great!! >_<

http://www.dailymail...n.html?ITO=1490

So it looks like many of us have got about three weeks left, before the inevitable hose pipe bans kicks in. Then we'll just have to spend the rest of the year washing our pride & joy's with just a bucket and a watering can instead. :(

.........& all because of global warming, oh well I think I'll just have to go out for a drive to cheer myself up! :P

Now now, there's no need to start making accusations of racist stereotyping! :ohno: ....... It's just simple Meteorological science.

The fact is that the combination of your close proximity to active weather systems arriving from the Atlantic and extensive areas of upland, lead to far higher average daily and monthly rainfall figures than are experienced in England. Basically it rains a lot more in Wales than it does here in England, which is why so many of us have memories of miserable childhood holidays spent getting soaked in places like Rhyll, Prestatyn, Phwelli and Barry Island, and also why we are getting a hosepipe ban and you are not.
