I've just got a quote from aviva for £640 - 20 years old 1 year driving and 1 NCB. That's part of a multi car policy. Very happy with that. :proud:

when you try the multi-car quote make sure the mini is the second car and the other car owner is the policy holder and you're the 2nd driver, that made a big difference :D

I added my mini to my parents multicar policy. it's the third car.
I was 19 at the time with two years no claims. it came to just under £400.
Give multicar a go. plus ring them.

Just went for an online quote, I'm getting around the £2,800 mark! With one additional driver - I've got the 94' 1.3 model but there's not much difference between the engine sizes and the price of the quote - I'm obviously doing something wrong!
Thanks for the suggestion mind! :) I'm determined.

mine was cheaper with fully comp and no named drivers than with named drivers and/or tpft, im 18 with a 93 1.3 mayfair £2000

I got a quote for £2100 with graham sykes I believe, Might go back to them and try and adjust some details, see what I can get, as well as trying to get on the parents multicar scheme. It's a pain in the ass though!
