Started getting doors prepped for paint... to find out i really do need new window runners (this also explains why my windows were limited in operation shall we say!)

cars now back on the road after passing its MOT saturday! bring on L2B ! will upload pics later on of the finished (for now) article just needs to be flatted and polished which will have to wait till after L2B!

Right, bit of an update here, cars now been painted and got all the bits back on the car. moved it outa the booth so we can get the doors, boot, and bonnet sprayed up too!

Do I see a ding on that scuttle? If so why did you carry on and paint it? Seems a shame as its a cracking paint job

wasnt noticed untill after the paint went on... that was my fault... anyways its easily sorted out painting the car is by far the easiest part! plus i have well over a litre of the paint i had mixed left... will sort it out after L2b... really need to get some pics of the finished car up now! it does look good and its not even flatted and polished!

right, car made it through l2b with little issue, apart from me snapping my handbrake cable at the hotel sunday night (solid effort i think) will sort that shortly really do need to get some pics of the finished car up now!

engine to be upgraded next!

Hi

You've done a great job and the mini looks awesome.

One observation about your roller rockers, Do the rockers on the center 2 cylinders need swapping around as the rollers dont seem to be sitting directly on top of the valve stems?

yeah m8 allready swapped those round :P when i went to set the clerances up i was like :o thank god i noticed :P so thanks for that m8, allready swapped em though :)
