The paintwork came up really nice. You have got a cracking wee car there. Cheeky question but how much was the TIG welder??

thanks guys, sadly i now have a very annoying sway problem at high speeds which can be found on the problems section!!!
the TIG welder was just over £1000 but well worth it! its a tig 201 AC/DC machine, you can get many different ones from the same company if you dont need ally then a DC machine can be got quite cheap, R TECH is the company by the way :) got a bit bored of the MIG ahah BUT never the less the mig will always have its place in my garage.
gota love a bit of TIG though :)

OKAY,
after months and months and ....months of having trouble with steering issues on the car it has finally been sorted and i can get back to driving the car and what not!
turned out the tracking had been set up by some melon (not me i might add
) so that the steering rack wasnt centre and the wheel had just been moved to suit! not to worry only wasted hours and hours and plenty of money replacing just about everything after a few garages couldn't find the issue.
in the end i gave up and told a garage to just check everything, first thing they looked at was tracking and welll... yeah allready said what happened
