[WM Mini Spares]

Firstly i would like to apologies to anyone who feels like they have had bad experience when visiting us recently, Saturday especially was a difficult day as we were present at the MG live Silverstone and Jaguar JEC - so alot of expreience was missing from the actual shop.

We have recently upgraded the showroom with 1 x mini salesman on the counter along with Mg and Jaguar. You can always call and request one of the Mini experts to assist you or when in the shop ask for (Paul G, John E & Dave W), Sometimes people are going to have to be patient during busy periods and Sautrdays seem to be the busiest time for Minis so maybe call in advance or email your request to [email protected] before visiting.

Never had a major problem myself.

What I would say though, it would be in your interest to sort the TMF discount out at this branch. I know it's owned by Davd Manner but I for one found it cheaper to order directly get discount and have it posted. I am sure something could be sorted out......

I wouldn't go anywhere else. But if John isn't likely to be in then I'll go the next day. I hope mini spares realise how important he is to them. It's all about knowledge and customer service as far as I am concerned.
New counter set up is not as good as before, a bit cold and open plan for my liking.

Another positive from me, never had anything other than superb service from them. I always phone in advance to make sure they have the bits I need as its a 50mile round trip and they have never let me down.
