i've done 85mph in my 998. but i think the wind could of helped. but i've just fitted a stage 1 and i can to 248 mph. i joke but i was cruising at 70 and accidently hit 80 mph, so i think i could hit 90+ next time i go for a top speed.
my speedo only goes to 90 so who knows how fast i'll be going.

I have hit 110 MPH in my 998 mini .. That was running down hill tho. I have done 130 in my 2.0 redtop mini. Never doing that again!

It's all about the fun getting to 80 in a Mini, rather than top speed. I'd rather have mine being rapid to 90, than have it geared for higher speeds

I'm in a 1098 with stage 1.

I did about 75 in it on the way home from buying it and immediately blew up :goaway:
But after i fixed the engine and fitted the stage 1 i did at least 90 and coulda gone faster than what ever speed i was doing too.
But I bottled it...
Now i'm having engine troubles again after overheating the other day. Not sure what's wrong, but he's defo not the happiest mini :mmkay:

heya, i understand what your saying fella :), i dont always drive like a tit that was just testing it to see what it could do. i rarly exceed 80mph in it. thanks for the advice though i appreciate what your saying, i may be putting it to a 998 but not sure yet as my engine is a gem. once again thanks.

You Fool if you have a crash and your cars a rite off then you would get nothing and no other insurer will insure you and (let be hold you did not kill someone aswell) you would be locked away for a long time.........SILLY BOY
