It's a shame they're going up now, get one quick dude! A mate imported a fresh one just before christmas on a set of te37's, living the dream!

In realness though, we did pull it out over the Christmas break. Maybe it'll be done at some point in the next year but we're both so busy now
Life update
Simons expecting.
Merry Christmas folks

Craig was round Thursday, and I need to sort bits out to fix my gearbox.
So we decided to clean up the radius arms and all that rubbish on the back subframe.
Glad it's finally done though!

Cheers! Glad to see we still have some loyal followers from day dot! :) I thought I would make a little update on this since it's been a while!
Simon has just started his third year at uni and we're living in Uxbridge again. The Mini is tucked away safely at his mums place in Sevenoaks!
We worked our bums off for a few days trying to get it ready for an MOT to take it to a music event in Amsterdam We also went over a few other bits we werent happy with like the rear subframe mounts and replaced the bolts with stainless... fitted black side trim since Simon hated the chrome trim. Lots of little bits like this.
We got everything done the day before we left but sadly it wasnt to be. We went for an MOT before the term started and it failed. The biggest fail was emissions so an easy fix!
It will remain garaged until the salt is off the roads next year but we will be doing the show rounds next year and then we'll see what happens next!
You'll notice we rarely post pictures of the interior and that's because theres really nothing to see there. It's MPI with no carpet, black leather seats and door cards and a cracked dash. Aside from a steering collum drop bracket (Which only Simon fits under!!) its totally standard. We have an MPI moulded carpet set ready to fit and sometime a new dash is on the cards since W&P have started retooling the MPI style dashboard. And I'm sure some classic speedwell buckets or similar.
KEEP SMILING FRIENDS!
