I haven't listened to the radio in a looong time. The majority of stations play nothing but chart topping garbage, over and over again until everyone except the most musically challenged have their ears bleeding. Some stations have specialist music for the more discerning listener, but its not nearly common enough. I'm happy just plugging my iPod into the stereo.

the ONLY ever time I listen to Radio 1 is on Friday nights in the car from 9-11pm! Pete Tongs essential mix to me is just pure euphoric pleasure oh and when Annie Mac is thrown in too! But I'm biased as I LOVE house and electro music :D hate all chart garbage as its all the same recycled beats with some "artist" with a voice thats been put through a machine lol. love any classic stuff, mostly 70's/80's music with guitar riffs hehe. But listening to Chris Moyles in the morning would make me want to set a bag of angry otters on him to feast on his danglees!

Heart is just the same stuff on loop it seems. Radio one is ok but Chris Moyles is a complete retard. The odd bit of Radio 2 is fine but that too get boring very quickly. If in doubt on goes the CD or Ipod for some quiet and relaxing METAL!! Ahhhh bliss. (49 this year)
