what about part ex on a 998 auto engine for a manual 998 standard set up?

Hi,
I've got a 1000 which needs a rebuild.
It also needs the gearbox looking at as it crunches a bit when going in to second gear.
The engines standard, how much would you do all the work for? & can you collect and deliver?
