Hi, looking to get my mini rolling road tuned soon but would like to hear opinions on where is best.

The obvious place is Minisport - however they don't tune Weber or Dellorto carbs, on SU's. They did recommend a place called Motorscope in Nothallerton but thats a bit too far for me (2 and a half hour drive). I might have to use them if I can't find anywhere else though. Ideally it needs to be in or around the North West area really.

Are there any other options?

Thanks

Motoscope are good if you decide to use them. Only went with college but I thought they were very good.

Try this theminiforum link.

I'd be interested to hear where you end up going as i too need a setup run on a rolling road once i've finished a few mod's.

Think there was one guy on here that said the WGT auto developements where good, but what they'd be like on your setup is anyones guess. Best bet would be to phone round a few places to try and gauge if they are just plug in laptop types, or proper hands on types.

Seems odd that Minisport can't do webers tho???

A&B get rave reviews from the guys in the kit-car scene. They also have quite a long waiting list which is no bad sign.

Clarksons I believe have got their rollers running again after the move so might be worth a look. They advertise in Practical Performance Car. Not sure if they are counted as being in Horwich or West-Houghton as I've never needed to know the address - I just go there.
