Once you've done the rear it'll be a lot better. They're just linked from left to right. You can fit MGF units, they're the same as Metro GTI, a bit stiffer, but it's effort.

I'll sort out the back and then try and get some MGF ones on the front if it isn't better. Thanks :)

How does importing work for you over there? Maybe I could help source a good one in the UK and do some organizing if you ever became truly interested enough to want to pay that kind of money :-) The offer is there

thanks but no thanks . ill find one here... to be honsest cars in the uk are rusty crap .. salt on the roads . here cars last far far longer

its strange how that extra lane looks like the hard shoulder ;)

Minis have permission to drive in the hard shoulder....... just in case the inevitable happens

Granted some things with mini's do get repetitive, but i meant people are trying to be different..which some are. People are always looking at different engine conversions, there's a guy on here doing a straight 6 turbo one, people try different interiors etc, different looks, it's all down to the person really.

You sound like you've just jumped off your high horse and forgotten about what you said whilst you was up there :P Join the metro scene and tell me if you can still justify your comment Re engine conversions and interiors :-)

On a side note, don't, its rubbish. But still, theres as much variety in Metros as their is in Minis.

1. One with a headgasket that hasn't blown,
2. One with a headgasket that has blown.

Oh, and an A series engined one.

Nice save mate! Looks really pretty solid. You got any plans for it?

GC Motors, the Mini specialists in Swanley, have about 30 Mk1 brand new wings. Sold me one for £30. http://www.gcminis.co.uk/
