Was there really any need to say that though? This was clearly an honest mistake which he rectified as soon as someone pointed it out, and there was no need to make those sort of threats at that stage.
I think you need to get yourself a copy of 'how to make friends and influence people'
I dont intend to make friends with him, and I believe I did influence him... Instead of beating around the bush, why not just state possible intentions?
