Yes in a way but mk1s stopped having the full skirt in around 64/65 so technically I shouldn't have it. But I prefer the rounded off look!
You didnt fancy cooling to your front brakes then !!!

I know cooling is affected but this van will never be driven hard and only used on special occasions. It can't make that much difference as I have seen a lot on track race minis with the full skirt . :)
I like the originality of the front panel. Unless you are going for a very large spec engine and running steelies then dont worry about overheating the brakes.
Never had a problem with mine on the MK1. I have a 1293 with 7.5" brakes and 5x10 minilite wheels.
