Right my dsn classics order arrived so I got to work fitting the new fuel tanker sender unit and the plastic clips that hold the tank in! Then test fitted it to see if all the holes lined up. I need to shave a couple mm off the edge of the tank but other than that it's fine!

Obviously the fuel and brake lines are going to go on first ! Any tips on bending these correctly???

Once these are on I have a brand new steering rack to go on aswell! :D

dont have the brake pipe cold when you bend it, it'l kink, even warming it up in your hand makes a difference if its a cold day out! providing you dont need any sharp bends then just go easy with it and make sure you put the unions on the pipe BEFORE you flare the ends, 1 of the guys helping me on a project really didnt get that idea!!

great van by the way, lookin forward to seeing it all in paint!

Cheers mate! The brake line is already flared and ready just needs putting on. I will get the heat gun out and warm it up slightly then. It should come together quite quickly now once it's a rolling shell :)

I have definitely adopted this method! Thanks for that haha.. stuck the break pipes up against the fan heater for a bit and it worked a treat. Also was a nice warm job to do  :P
