Looks real nice. Given me food for thought. Also, +1 for rocking Minor Threat!

I'm in Cardiff all the time. Flag me down if you see a Red (White roof), MK1 with surf racks.

Did you tuck the wires through the check strap? Nice idea!

I thought you might have done given your location!

Regarding your set up, how well does that super thin sub enclosure work? It's the kind of thing I want ideally, but I'd be worried about the lack of air volume in such a small box.

How they work in refference to air volume is beyound me but these purpose built, thin line, all in one subs work great!!!!!

Now it's not going to win any contests or make your chest cavitate but you can definitely feel the bass if you turn it up and the sound is quality. I’m also impressed with how well it handles different types of levels, from deep droning bass, to hard hitting rock bass. I do only have the 8inch version, so the 10', I imagine, would pack more of a punch, to wake your neighbors. But in my opinion it's the best for tight areas, plus the built in amp, saves even more space... perfect for a Min

Looks awesome. Thanks for the great idea. Planning to do a similar fit in my mini van.
