isnt it really same as cossie or cosseh where i come from

This thread has gone off in a right tangent
and I was at a MINI dealership a while back with my mum as she has one, and one of the sales persons owns both a classic and new one and refers to the new one as BINI, its not just this forum and cant see how it is an offensive name as it just stands for Bmw Mini or Big Mini thats all.
if austin didnt make the horrid car the Maxi then we would probably call it that but that would be offensive calling the MINI a Maxi, after all maxi's are carp!
