Looks nice, my dad just baught me my first Mini in September, 95' SPi with 44k for 2700, needs little to no work apart from a panel or two and was going to get it resprayed.

What a load of rubbish, insuring a 1275 for a 17yr old is hardly different than a 988, was less than a £50 difference for me.

Not rubbish, perfectly reasonable actually! When I was looking at mine, a 1275 was atleast £2K more expensive than a 998...
Did you pick up the phone?...
Sure did...emailed loads of people directly as well! All the "Classic Car" policies were either not applicable to U25's or stupidly expensive. Suppose everyone's situation is different!
