+1 on this, the more you document for future "customers" to see, the more they will be equipped with information Darkangel. Good luck for Saturday pal, keep us informed
Well going up to see James and my car next Saturday, lets see if he's completed the rest of the rust, aside from the one wing of course
Can you take a camera and document your findings? It may help steer people away from him in future.

I met James once, he brought a mini off me, he seemed although blunt, an alright guy. Just goes to show you can't trust too many people these days

We took my uncles car there who lives in Norway for them to restore. We were promised allsorts and were told at one point in August that it was ready for paint and then collection shortly after. It is now 6 months later, no car and no money.
We will be taking legal action and are hoping to get the ball rolling shortly.
Not what I need in the middle of a house move!

How would we go about starting a petition or a case, to have Midlands Mini Clinic Shut down for good?

Sorry, I'm no lawyer.
How would we go about starting a petition or a case, to have Midlands Mini Clinic Shut down for good?
No need as they already have gone bust. If they were still taking work on it would be trading standards who would go after them
