Got two cobra classic in there and the rest is the crappy old brown interior...suits me fine to be honest as it leaks water too much to bother with fancy stuff..for now

Fair enough then I guess that's what it's gunna cost. I want to get it right because so much has gone into this project so far

Just thinking then I've got a mini 30 interior that came out of the donar car and is knackered so what do I do post off to somewhere like Newton and it gets retrimed and posted back? That's a lot stuff to be posted

Ill get on the phone in the morning but just wondering. I'm based in Somerset so does anyone know if any of these people are any where near?

Will cost in total £500.

My Rare SPi Full Cooper Leathers were £380. Door cards. £65 carpet I'm reusing.

You can get MPi full leathers for £500 seems a waste not too.

My view however is,

You spend most of the time, inside the car, you better spending money making the interior a nice place to be.

This is how I got on.

MPI Seats Re-trimmed (Local Guy) £425.00
Dash Covering (Mini Spares) £19.00
Dash Rail Leather (Newton Commercial) £20.00
Monte Carlo Door Cards (Optimise) £60.00
Steering Wheel (Mini Sport) £50.00
Carpet (Mini Show) £40.00
Underlay (Mini Show) £10.00
Silent Coat Sound Proofing (eBay) £50.00
Cooper Ashtray (eBay) £10.00
Dash Air Vents (eBay) £9.99
Wooden Gear Knob (eBay) £14.50
Think that's everything!

So without ICE were talking just under £750.
My advice is to shop around! eBay rocks.

You interior is awesome! Where did you get the chrome trim for the windshield vents?

The seats look very comfortable too. Better than my stock low-back seats...

That was a bargain, are you happy with it? Got any pics?

Slow reply.... Extremely happy! Ive flaunted the pictures more than once before! The price was good because it was a special end-of-show-season discount as i say. I dont think the prices are that good now. Forgot to mention that colour coded floor mats and rear wheel arch liners were included also! The leather is a really good quality and has held its colour well (with a bit of leather love obviously). The back of the front seats are done with vinyl, which doesnt bother me as the crinkle effect is such a good match. As ive also mentioned before my only gripe was the dashboard was crap, but that came from Custom Consoles via Ashley James.

i did my interior for about £450 i would say, i had front and rear seats + doorcards and rear parcel shelf done by a local guy who does re-trims in his spare time, i also got carpets and underlay for £40 whih is included in the total aswell as the guy to fit my headlining

if i was you i would ask about on local forums for small time guys or businesses cus their work is usually excellent and they arent as hard to pay.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately they are currently out of stock.

How about your door pockets? Where did you get them?
