That kind of LCB will outperform the cooper freeflow, but the cooper freeflow will be quiter and more reliable.


The cheaper LCBs have issues with fitment, i had to make an extra web to keep it rock solid


So the first post is just speculation then...........as your mot comparing like for like........


No speculation, its a comparison i've had both on the same car same small bore engine.
I've swapped the so called LCB for a cooper freeflow (which is still an LCB but with a shorter branch) and got down a few db, faster fitment, less issues with the damn Y piece which was very cheaply made and fiddly, but at the end of the day i've lost some performance over the old manifold.
