As Carlos has said. Can you please cancel your subscription using that link. It won't automatically renew next time then. Or if it's on someone else's account can you ask them to cancel it?

Wouldn't it be easier to ask your Ex to reimburse you?
We have no way of knowing what the arrangement was between you that gave her access to your Paypal account, and you access to her TMF log in.
