Right, just to clarify why we can't refund subscriptions:
IF somebody signs up to TMF+ they are paying for a 12 month subscription, this will then entitle them to buy/sell (if they don't already have enough posts to do so). It will also entitle them to discounts at various places including insurers. What's to stop people signing up to TMF+, using the membership scheme to get a discount and then claiming their money back from us because they didn't want membership? The system is totally open to abuse from members if we allow refunds for people that decide they don't want it.
If it is your ex-girfriend's account, why are you logging in on it? Take it up with her and ask her for the £5 back please.
